Hi, I'm Amy

This site serves as a simple catalog of a few of the design and print projects I have completed over the last 10 years, although my experience goes back much further.

I graduated with a BA in graphic design, worked at a web design firm for my summer internship, then went to work for a publishing company right after graduation in 1999.

​

In 2001, the world changed, and I never pursued design work full-time again! But I continued to freelance for companies, non-profits, bands, family and friends, while working other jobs.

I eventually became a "tech person," worked for Apple in sales, operations, and support, then started my own support business and became CEO of another; but my design and publishing skills were always in demand, as I handled all the design and marketing needs for my businesses, and somehow clients would find me and hire me to help them with their design projects.

I have helped countless clients design logos, newsletters, calendars, presentations, and slideshows. I have also assisted several authors in publishing their books by designing the covers and interior layouts, and helping them with the logistics of self-publishing.

Currently I am an executive coach, mentor, and consultant, and Airbnb host, but I enjoy working on creative projects as they come up. One of my most fun recent projects was designing and branding all the material for my sister's wedding.
